Better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely art decor. The location is fantastic, close to Chinatown and the Embarcadero. There’s free coffee and tea in the lobby, and a fun Irish bar nearby. Just a heads up, the breakfast is quite basic. I'd definitely stay here again!

It was a decent choice for a short stay in San Francisco with good value. The elevator felt like a vintage ride, adding a quirky charm. Avoid peak hours if you're not keen on waiting for the elevator.

Staying here with my family and nephew was a blast! We loved the spacious quadruple room with two double beds, perfect for our group. The quirky decor and vibrant art throughout the hotel made our stay unique. Plus, being a short walk from Chinatown was a huge bonus!

I stayed in a Queen Room with shared bathroom. The room was small and pretty outdated, but the bed was comfy enough for a decent night's sleep. The decor was definitely quirky, but some of it just felt like random spray paint. Location was solid, but a bit noisy at times.

I stayed here for 11 nights and loved the free mini bar and microwave by the reception. The cozy lounge areas were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just keep in mind that the noise from nearby bars can be a bit disruptive if you want to keep the windows open. 😊

the location of des arts is fantastic, right across from chinatown and super close to union square. my room was clean, and the staff was really helpful. the breakfast options were basic but nice for a quick start to the day.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, a tv, and express check-in. The staff once helped me find my way to an important meeting, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for a trip!
